Return Policy
14-day return policy
This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging where applicable. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a refund for your return postage cost based on the error being made by Barrok Designs, for example, wrong item sent, incorrect size sent or your style has a manufacturing fault with it.
Barrok Designs will not provide a refund if you make the wrong selection, if you need a different size or change your mind on an item. This includes payments made with afterpay. However we will provide a store credit, excluding shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted for a refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For faulty items, we will either offer a replacement of the item or a refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on swimwear, sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Any change of mind order, or incorrect size order made, will be provided with a store credit to reorder the product they wish to exchange it for. To be eligible for a store credit. Your item must be returned, unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it in.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.
