How much is shipping?

Shipping within Australia is free for all orders over $100.  (This excludes all Artificial Garden products like Vertical Garden panels and disks etc.) For orders under this amount, there is a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 for delivery within Australia.  For International shipping rates, please add your items to the cart to obtain a shipping cost.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia within 1-3 business days or order.  If you need your order urgently, please select the Express Post option at checkout.

Estimated delivery timelines are:

Melbourne: 1-5 business days
Within Australia: 1-10 business days
NZ: 7-15 business days
USA: 15-22 business days
UK: 15-22 business days
Canada: 15-22 business days
Rest of World: Allow up to 30 working days
